CRANIAL-SACRAL THERAPY

 


Cranial-sacral therapy (CST) is a hands-on-therapy, where the touch is gentle, subtle and non-invasive. 

Specific gentle pressure is applied where necessary, has a profound effect on the nervous system, enabling the inherent healing ability of the body.


The light touch technique works with natural and unique rhythms of our different body systems correcting the source problems,

thereby allowing the release of stresses and improve the function of the whole body.
